You undertake to indemnify Ziv Haft and/or anyone on its behalf in respect of any damage, expense, loss, payment, and/or loss of profit that they incur, including attorneys’ fees and litigation costs, due to the breach of these terms of use by you and/or by anyone on your behalf.
