Dan Attias- CPA, Head of Audit and Member of the Executive Board. Has over 20 years of experience providing accounting services mainly in the Real Estate sector. Mr. Attias is highly experienced in the audit of large and medium-sized companies, placing an emphasis on the audit as a channel to additional consulting in areas of finance, taxation and internal controls within the organization. In addition Mr. Attias specializes specifically in preparing companies for private capital raising and IPO's, M&A and in personal guidance of CEO's and CFO's on accounting and tax issues.

Yaron holds a BA in accounting and computer science an MBA in business administration specializing in information systems from Tel Aviv University. A member of the ISACA Israel board, with extensive experience as a lecturer at Tel Aviv University and the College of Management.
