Ronen Shafer

Ronen Shafer is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience leading organizations through transformation, growth, and business development. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions, including CEO, CFO, Director, and VP of Business Development, in private and public companies as well as the nonprofit sector.

He specializes in executing and managing mergers and acquisitions, investments, and strategic planning, as well as fundraising and capital management for a variety of organizations. His expertise includes entrepreneurship, forming strategic partnerships, and working closely with international organizations and global corporations to develop and lead business initiatives and projects in Israel.

Ronen is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), an attorney, and a certified mediator, with extensive expertise in financial management, budgeting, procurement, operations, marketing, real estate, insurance, and regulatory compliance. He also provides consulting and advisory services across various industries and sectors.

Prior to joining BDO, Ronen served as CEO of Minrav Concessions and Minrav Integrated Solutions, Deputy CEO of Minrav Group, CFO and VP of Business Development at Carasso Motors and Carasso Real Estate, CFO of Arkia Airlines, and CFO of Bar-Ilan University. Additionally, he was a Partner in Finance and Project Finance at BDO Consulting.
