Professional Experience

Bernstein-Reich serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of BDO Israel-India Investment Banking and Consulting firm. 

Bernstein-Reich has over two decades of experience in promoting business with India and currently serves as chairperson of the Israel-India, Nepal and Sri Lanka Chambers of Commerce, Vice President of the Israel-Asia Chamber of Commerce and Founding President of the Israeli chapter of TiE, the leading entrepreneurship network. 

Prior to her current role, she founded and managed A&G Partners group that was engaged in investment banking on the Israel, India, Germany and Sri Lanka axis, and consulted more than two hundred Israeli, Indian and German companies in business development in the various markets.

Bernstein-Reich is the founding partner of the Agribator, the center for Israeli agricultural technologies in India. She is also among the promoters of the Vedapuram township in the city of Mysore in southern India. In the past, she managed for the Israeli Innovation Authority, the flagship program "Israel-India Bridge to Innovation" that was initiated by PM Modi and PM Netanyahu, advised the World Bank's InfoDev department on various projects in developing countries, and founded a telecom company connecting the United States and India.

Bernstein-Reich won the Friend of India Award for 2020 for her contribution to the advancement of the Indian economy, and the Iconic Women Award by the Women Economic Forum. She is the global Chair for funding and finance for the G100, a group of 100 global women leaders. 

 

Education

Bernstein-Reich  holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of San Francisco (USF) with honors, and a Bachelor of Laws LLB from Tel Aviv University. Member of the Israeli Bar Association.
