Einat Halevy Levine has over ten years’ experience in business development in Vietnam. Einat spent five years living in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, where she was a trade officer at the Israeli embassy and a technological advisor to the United Nations Population Fund at its local headquarters. She was part of the team that founded the state educational television channel in Vietnam. She is fluent in Vietnamese.

Einat is an expert in marketing, government relations, public relations, and storytelling. Beginning in 2008, she served as VP of clients and partner at a strategic consulting firm in Tel Aviv. From 2006 to 2008, she headed the public relations and spokesperson department of the Israel Employment Service. From 2004 to 2006, she was the spokesperson of the Knesset Committee on Labor and Welfare.

Einat has extensive ties with the Vietnamese government, as well as with major business corporations in Vietnam.


Education

Einat holds an M.A. degree from the Honors Section of the Conflict Research, Management and Resolution program at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, with specialization in intercultural negotiations. She holds a B.A. degree, cum laude, from the Department of History and General Studies at Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
