Mr Soffer specializes in banking, finance, healthcare and non-profit organizations.  Mr. Soffer is highly knowledgeable and experienced in the fields of banking and finance and has been guiding the majority of banks in Israel in areas of audit, accounting counsel and risk management.  In addition, he has extensive experience in the capital market and has taken part in dozens of placements in Israel, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Mr. Soffer holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from the Ben-Gurion University and an MBA in Finance from the Tel-Aviv University.
