EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Guy has had over 10 years' experience in providing services in the areas of accounting and auditing work, as well as business consulting services to diverse public and private corporations in various sectors of the economy. This primarily includes financial institutions comprising banks, insurance companies, trust funds, provident funds, hedge funds, etc.

Guy leads teams of auditors at major international firms involved in the auditing field, including large business corporations in Israel.

He also serves as a director in the financial cluster and acts as head of the audit group of Bank Hapoalim.

Guy has a high amount of expertise on diverse issues connected with financial activity in general and banking activity in particular.  This includes providing close guidance in the application of accounting standards such as US GAAP, IFRS and various complex tax issues.

In addition, Guy specializes in project management, risk management, risk-based regulation and accounting activities.

B.A. in  Accounting and Economics, Bar-Ilan University
