Hagai specializes in leading corporate strategy processes, with over 30 years of experience in strategic consulting and management - in Israel and the US.
As part of his activity Hagai has led hundreds of strategic processes, managed company managements seminars, examined new markets for activity in Israel and abroad, helped close transactions arising from strategic processes.
Initiated and established the consulting firm Gil Strategies in 1986, entered into a partnership with BDO 2007, merged with CSC - 2009 and in 2018 merged the activity with BDO.
As part of the Eli Horowitz Institute, the School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University, Hagai initiated and led the "Strategic Move" program to instill strategic discourse in Israel.
