Ms. Less has over fifteen years of experience and specializes in providing accounting and consultancy services in the Technology sector, for leading Israeli Companies engaged in Software, Telecommunication, Internet, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Defence, Research and Development, Computers and venture capital funds.

Ms. Less specializes in co-operating private and public flotation’s of Israeli companies in the U.S.A., Canada, Australia and Europe, mergers and re-organization of Technology companies, as well as, specializes in accompanying start - up companies through the incorporation stage and upon  maturity or public issuance.

Ms. Less works constantly with BDO offices in the U.S.A. and worldwide. Ms. Less has a major experience in IPO's process, issuances through variety of instruments, and dealing with clients that under the supervision of the SEC and the Israeli security Authority.

Ms. Less has comprehensive knowledge in US GAAP and GAAS, SEC and ISEC Regulations, PCAOB Standards and IFRS.
