Mr. Giat specializes in collaborations with foreign investment banks, capital raising (public issuances) by Israeli companies in the U.S., Europe and Singapore and the merger and reorganization of companies.  Mr. Giat also specializes in guiding startup companies and regularly communicates with the offices of BDO in the United States, including the Technical Department in Chicago.
