Ofra Hollander gained extensive experience as head of economic and commercial planning and strategy development at an international publicly traded company.
Ms. Hollander leads company-wide projects in and outside Israel, with various units, to build work processes and methodologies from a systemic perspective. She prepares annual work plans, develops KPIs to track and monitor executive performance, and builds models for economic analysis and evaluation of trading activity.
Ms. Hollander works with managers at all levels to stimulate change processes and mobilize different units and ranks to participate. She manages interfaces with regulators, in Israel and overseas; prepares joint projects with international consultants to realize corporate strategy; and presents deliverables to management and the board of directors. She is also a mentor for a startup company on forming a business plan and ESG development.
Ms. Hollander holds an M.B.A. degree from Tel Aviv University, and a B.A. degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
