Sagiv Mizrahi is a Partner in the corporate finance department at BDO Consulting.
Sagiv has over ten years’ experience in economic and business consulting, valuation of companies and financial instruments, and economic and accounting studies aligned with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and generally accepted accounting principles in the United States (US GAAP).
Sagiv heads a group of accountants and economists responsible for consulting on merger and acquisition processes in a wide range of operating segments, encompassing due diligence, valuations, determining merger ratios, synergy calculations, fairness opinions, and more.
As an expert in this field, Sagiv also guides and advises many public companies on the economic challenges of accounting standards. This includes consulting on purchase price allocation (PPA), impairment tests, financial instruments, 409A studies, IFRS 13 concerning valuations, IFRS 16 concerning leases, and more.
In the past, Sagiv was a lecturer at Bar Ilan University, in courses on valuation and accounting, at the School of Business and the Economics Department.
Sagiv holds a B.A. degree in Applied Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University and an M.B.A. degree, cum laude, with specialization in financial management, from Tel Aviv University. Sagiv is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.
