EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Since joining the firms of BDO ISRAEL in 2008, Widad's professional services have involved monitoring internal controls at financial institutions.

Widad has a high amount of expertise in identifying risk areas, analyzing, characterizing and assimilating work procedures at organizations on diverse issues, and offering recommendations on dealing with them effectively.

The Advisory and Regulation Department headed by Widad is a unique department in the Banking and Finance Cluster. The department primarily engages in all aspects of risk management, including compliance risks, operational risks and reporting risks. Furthermore the department has expertise in internal audit, SSAE / ISAE reports.

In this capacity,  she is primarily responsible for coordinating the consulting works for SOX404 application at banks, insurance companies, provident funds, portfolio management companies of provident and pension funds, and investment houses.  Provision of services for ISAE 3402 works at operating entities, such as operation of trust funds,  provident and pension funds, and investments;  advisory services in  assimilating work processes in the field of FATCA, and risk surveys in diverse areas of the capital
