Mr. Maman controls the Audit practice directed to Small-Medium Clients, through a serious understanding of both business and market features in every aspect and while paying a close attention to development of full Tax Strategies, based on a true and sincere knowledge of the client and its' needs. In addition, provides consulting for Financing, support in creations of new businesses, representations facing Tax Authorities (IRS, VAT and Social Security), prepare and submit personal annual reports, performing capital statements and complex Tax Planning.
