Lior has extensive experience in providing accounting and consultancy services in the Technology sector, for leading Israeli Companies engaged in Software, Telecommunication, Internet, Research and Development, Computers and venture capital funds.
Lior specializes in co-operating private and public flotation’s of Israeli companies in Israel , U.S.A. Australia and Canada , mergers and re-organization of Technology companies, as well as, specializes in accompanying start - up companies through the incorporation stage and upon  maturity or public issuance.
Lior works constantly with BDO offices in the U.S.A. and worldwide. Lior has a major experience in services to early stage startups companies  and mature ones , IPO's process, issuances through variety of instruments, and dealing with clients that under the supervision of the SEC ,  Israeli security Authority and others securities worldwide .
